Giapponese Sushi is Minnesota's premier Asian restaurant, featuring one of the best sushi bars in the state. We are the only sushi bar in Minnesota following the Japanese season fish calendar. Giapponese also imports rare species of fish from the world famous Tsujiki fish market in Tokyo, Japan. These fish are rarely or never used in the United States.

Giapponese is also the first sushi bar in the state to use sustainable fish and we are working toward a 100% sustainable fish menu. Giapponese is a leader in providing fine Asian cuisine, Asian fusion, and specialty cocktails. Our highly-trained, in-house sushi chefs can make a variety of sensations - ranging from the delectable Lava Roll to hard-to-find sashimi from the Tsujiki market. In addition to sushi, stop by for some of our chef's specialties like Mango Chicken or Kobe Sliders.
